About Me:

Hi! My name is Marilyn Harrell.

 I have enjoyed being a realtor in Gladwin County since 2004.

ReMax Riverhaven has three offices to serve the area.

I work mainly in the Wixom Lake office. Our other offices are located in Sugar Springs and the Gladwin Riverwalk houses the main office.

Being very familiar with these areas, I list and show houses here as I can help you become learn about our area.

We are members of the Clare Gladwin Board of Realtors.

Areas of Expertise

I like to work with first time home buyers, their enthusiasm makes them so fun to work with.

Also specializing in waterfront, especially on Wixom Lake.

Licensed realtor since 2003.

Attended CMU taking classes in Business Administation, also earned Associate Degrees from MMCC in Computer Information Systems and General Technology.

Previous job experience includes substitute teaching for two years.

Also have bookkeeping, secretarial, receptionist, scheduling and payroll accounting experience with a small business for approximately 10 years.
